How to start a new FFE Chapter

After establishing contact with the FFE Head Office in Santa Clara, interested people should use the following guidelines for new FFE Chapters:

• Identify people who have a passion to promote education in India and are interested in opening chapters in their cities in the US. Get resumes or qualification summaries from people who are interested in participating in the new FFE Chapter. Identify their strengths and areas where they can contribute. Also identify areas where help may be needed from the FFE Santa Clara Office to promote FFE's mission.
  
  
• Request and create a draft proposal to identify responsibilities and planned activities for the new chapters. The Santa Clara Office will appraise this draft proposal. After approval, it will used to establish the new FFE Chapter.
  
  
• Once the new Chapter is establish, all relevant details will be added to the Website
  
  
• The new chapters will initially be responsible for the following functions
  
  - Promoting FFE mission, goals and achievements
  - Recruiting volunteers
  - Identifying High Network Individual for FFE
  - Marketing and fundraising

Most of the other functions will be done at Santa Clara office. As the Chapters grow in their activities, other functions may be added.
